I contacted James and he (1) answered his phone (2) set an appointment to give an estimate and showed up (3) set a date to do the work and showed up (he even texted me to let me know he was running 15 minutes late). He did everything we agreed to for the price we agreed on. I was very happy, I called him and asked him to come back to address a new issue two weeks later and he had it fixed in 45 minutes.
